How will my belongings be transported?

All our delivery trucks are highly equipped with the best of hydraulic lift systems, and excellently designed to reduce shifting of your belongings. An assigned truck will safely transport your belongings from one location to another.

How long does it take to pack or unpack?

If you chose to pack by yourself, you can pack your items at your comfort and thus, no time limits are imposed; you simply move whenever it is convenient for you. If you chose our packing service, we’ll come with boxes and bubble wrap to carefully pack everything for you. We will also unpack and set up everything at your destination.

Do you pick-up and make deliveries during the weekends?

We operate 7 days a week, making relocation easy and convenient for you. Our movers will show up at agreed time, starting your moving process, and will deliver everything in the communicated time frame at your new home.

Any guarantee of my contents not getting damaged during the move?

We employ some of the country’s best drivers that are experts at transporting goods. We can guarantee that nothing will get damaged during the course of moving. However, if you are concerned about the safety of your most expensive / valuable items, we recommend purchasing additional insurance.

Do I have to be present when you make the delivery?

Someone should be present at the location, as client is totally responsible for making sure that there is adequate clearance and accessibility for the moving truck. You or your representative will also need to make sure that all your belongings are delivered in same condition as they were picked up, and sign the delivery receipt.
